"Zero stars if we could. Went for brunch, place was not busy and we will not have brunch here again.... or any more meals for that matter. Bloody Marias not as advertised on the menu. Garnishes advertised not even close to what was on the menu. Waitress never communicated anything. She needs another profession- customer service isn't it. Another waitress, or maybe the shift manager tried to help, but honestly by that time we were ready to leave. I ordered steak & eggs and received a piece of chuck roast less than well done - chuck roast is NOT steak that was advertised. Others had the brunch tacos - nothing was hot or even warm. Waitress was less than attentive- barely checked with us, no explanations for anything. Took her almost 20 minutes to bring out drinks, but had the check out to us in less than a minute.... Check your receipts carefully- even thought I sent the "steak" and eggs back immediately with even taking a bite of anything, they tried to charge me for it. And last but not least - the music is SO LOUD you can't even have a conversation. We won't be going back."

"It was our first time here for a date night and as soon as we walked in we were surprised with the space. It's a lot bigger than what it seems from the outside. The atmosphere is welcoming and comforting. Now let's get down to what you really want to know about, the food. The fajita bowl and enchilada is what we ordered, and the flavors were so clean and satisfying. Everything is made in house and you can tell. The portions were perfect.(Not over sized or under sized) we left feeling full but not tired full, satisfied full. Now the cocktails. I have had many cocktails, and the pineapple margarita by far is the best I have ever had. AMAZING!!! We got to meet the owner and he was such a pleasure and very inviting. The Sample dessert, stands on its own as with fantastic flavors. I personally don't like cake but I will definitely be going back for more. So whether you just want a quick meal or your planning on Date night El Hefe is the place to be."

Mimosas are also delicious in multiple flavors! Don’t hesitate! Give them a try!! Prices are $10-$20 with the best coffee you have ever tried! Skip Starbucks and come here!"

"Creative twist on authentic Mexican cuisine. The artwork is absolutely breathtaking and was done by a muralist from Mexico City. The cocktails are delicious and reasonably priced. I’ve eaten here twice in the last two weeks! The chef and owner are so friendly and kind. The servers and bartenders are very friendly and checked in regularly. I was also there for live music from a wonderful local artist named Tyler Jenkins. It so sad to see negative feedback for a wonderful restaurant because people expected their version of Mexican food.."
