"Got the prime rib special. Price was right but the steak was a lot of gristle. The waitress said multiple times she would return and was often gone for 15 minutes at a time. She left to get us a refill of water and took another 15 minutes to return. Service wasn't so great, food was okay but decent atmosphere"
"My friend has begged me and begged me to go to this place, so I finally bit the bullet but the bullet bit me!!! They open at 4pm and we were there at 4:30. First ones there!!! We were greeted within 3 min of being seated. We ordered beverages from the bar which were good. I contemplated all the steaks and after discussing it with the waitress I settled for the 16 oz. ribeye MEDIUM RARE. The salad came out and was good. No bread is served with the meals, you must purchase garlic bread if you want any. We were then served our steaks. I cut into the middle and it was WELL DONE. I flagged down a lady I presume to be a manager and showed her the steak well done. She agreed and ask if I cared for another and I said yes MEDIUM RARE. I have provided a picture of the second steak at best it’s medium well to almost well done again. I just ate it. I try not to be “THAT GUEST” however I do fill that a place that is known for its steaks for many years I would think they would know how to prepare steak to the correct temperature requested. Plus, it was $40.00!!!! I’m not sure what happened. But I do fill gypped on this meal. I really don’t know that I would ever give them a second chance as they had 2 already and I was just in no way impressed. It is also super dark in the restaurant!!!!! Maybe so you can’t see the temperature of your steak!!!! Idk? Enjoy the pics!"
"There are several small dining rooms which keeps the noise level down. Decor is modern with soft lighting. There's a large room with a black square bar. Servers are very kind and professional. Food was well made. Menu is diverse. Desserts are amazing. Seasonal drinks are very tasty."
