"We had sand delivered for a pool, the people were very nice and helpful but the delivery driver knocked out our cable wire while delivering it, although it was an accident he didn't bother letting us know, so I spent hours trying to figure out what was going on with our cable/ internet and lost a day of work. I was apologized to but I thought they should have offered some refund"
