"To my surprise, I was informed by your staff that the store's policy does not allow returns on unopened paint cans. While I understand the need for certain return policies, I find this situation quite unsatisfactory. It seems unfair that I am unable to return a product that is still in its original, unused condition purchased just minutes ago - literally within 10 minutes of purchase!! Rude staff who doesn’t care about their own customers."
"Really can’t say enough about them. I remember going to the store when I was a child buying paint with my mom for her house. Fast forward 20 years and I’m buying paint and supplies for my first home. The father and son are so nice, energetic and helpful. They provide thoughtful tips and advice to make painting easier for the non-pro. Worth the price to avoid purchasing supplies from a big box store."
"The owners are knowledgeable and kind. Customer service is top notch. These guys care about the product and service they are providing. The advice is spot on; they have a great eye for color and recommendations are thoughtful. Highly recommend getting your paint here (you also can’t beat Benjamin Moore paint).
