"On September 17, 2023, I selected cork to install on my kitchen floor and purchased everything I was told I needed, including cleaning supplies for the cork flooring. The manager seemed very knowledgeable and I was assured that I made a good choice going to this business. LL Flooring is quite assertive asking for feedback on my experience, so I wrote a nice review about this manager. Without going into ALL of the visits from "contractors" recommended by him, I did eventually write an updated review, replying to another assertive ask from LL Flooring. This one wasn't as glowing. I am so upset by this experience. Here's what the floor in my kitchen looks like...since December 15, 2023. Would you trust this business? AND, no one has followed up, even though the same manager told me that he has no superior to whom I can speak."

"Nelson, the manager, was very friendly and helpful. He showed us all the best and affordable options of SPC flooring that we were interested. He gave us samples to take home and gave us advice on how to get all the other flooring material for the project. We went to 6 different flooring stores and this was the place that gave us the best price, materials and personal assistance. I'd recommend anyone needing flooring projects done to check out this location and ask for Nelson."
