"New house build with RKA was a terrible experience. Response to previous review was filled with inaccurate and misleading info in an attempt to discredit the bad review. We were not happy and were taken advantage of throughout the entire building process. We held off leaving a bad review in hopes they would stand by their work, but they do not. Warranty or no warranty a tile shower should not leak through the floor after 3 years AND honeowners insurance determines it "poor craftsmanship". Not to mention the laundry list of other issues throughout the build. We were not happy, clearly expressed this, and were met with hostility from the owner and staff. Ignore whatever response is left by RKA, as it will be more of the same misleading comments."
