"Our taxes were done completely wrong and they were unapologetic about the whole experience! It caused us not to get our refund for months! I had to make multiple calls to the IRS to fix their mistake. I tried to set up an online account with IRS and couldn't because I had the wrong home address info. They never updated my address the last few years I have been getting my taxes done with them! Now I need to fill out yet another form to get that fixed. Save your money and look elsewhere!"

"Completely unprofessional. Do not go here. Dropped off my taxes in March and they were not done by April 15th so I was instructed to file for an extension. I was unhappy with the return when complete so wound up going elsewhere and having them complete and file my return. I now have an issue with the state Maryland from years ago saying that I owe money from a return that Mike Jackson filed for me. I dropped off all my paperwork from that year, then called a few days later and was told that he will not look at it or address it unless I pay for the return that I never filed, the one that was late and had us owing a ton of money to the government. I was told I shouldn't have taken it from the office, however I was never told this. One thing has nothing to do with the other. He will not stand behind the returns that he was paid for and filed. Isn't that the point of having an accountant prepare your return?"
