"Kevin took care of the problem. Tom is the most unprofessional customer service provider I have ever delt with. I said to him multiple times that he is cutting me off and not listening. His first mistake is he claimed my younger son as my stepson, then they claimed $1,100.00 on a rebate part of my 2020 taxes that I explained multiple times , i recieved ALL of my stimulus money, and they are basically calling me a liar saying i told them I only received $1,700.00 from the first package. They cant just admit they made a mistake? At this point I am waiting to see how Kevin handles the situation, but I will never speak to Tom ever again. I will be contacting the BBB if Kevin does not rectify this and NEVER deal with Tom, he is extremely rude."
