"I contacted them to get some rudimentary information on payments, I was immediately yelled at twice, I stated twice for her to calm down. She replied I do not deal with renters, which is fine but she should have kept a professional demeanor instead of yelling. I am a renter and this company is their Accounting agency. I am currently working through a dispute with my rental agency and when I ask them about any transactions they say only the accountant can answer. I received a statement from my rental agency with Gitomer & Berenholz as the letter head which is how I found this company deals with my Rental Agency."
