"I had meet with Andy to file a final tax return on an estate I was executor on. He told me he wasn't busy and he should be able to get right to it. I did need to provide some follow-up information. When I emailed Andy with that information I got no response. I called and left a message and no response. When I finally got a hold of Andy he said he had emergency dental surgery and would have it to me by the end of the week. After another 2 weeks, I emailed Andy requesting some information I needed off the paperwork. No response. I decided just to show up to collect my file back. He seemed shocked and tried to offer excuses."
