"Worst Customer Service Ever Dealing with this company for a special order was ridiculous. The employees are completely disinterested and took at least a week to respond to emails and sometimes did not reply at all. After the first person left the company I was passed to another (after I had to again ask why I hadn't heard anything). The second person was just as impossible. When my order finally came in no one contacted me and when I called I was told again that that person had left the company. Something is wrong there."

"Recent Anderson tilt watch conversion kit purchase. Everyone in the souderton location was very helpful and spent a lot of time reassuring me that the large purchase, installed by myself was correctly ordered. The delivery, included in the price was timely and the friendly delivery crew placed all of the windows in our garage and checked each one for damage before leaving. Thanks to your team for being patient with us and getting this order delivered in record time for a way better price than we could have gotten direct from Anderson. Edit - as of 4/23 I made several attempts to purchase approx 6K for another window project. I can't even get a response anymore. Not sure what's going on with this place but they're short-handed or something's going on in the sales department."

"This place just continues to go down hill with what they have right now in stock. There was a time that you could get whatever you needed to fix or repair anything. Not anymore as they barely have anything. So this forces you to go somewhere else such a shame when this was a vibrant place at one time"

"Our door....thermatru was purchased through Shelly's....it failed. 6 months after purchasing our home. After dealing with the builder walking away.. .thermatru passing the buck...and then bringing it to the distributor it was 2 years after we bought the home. Shelly's only honors door jambs for 1 year. Hearing the situation Christian D. said 1 year was their warranty and that's it. He offered to sell us another. Our builder (VINTAGE DEVELOPMENT)left us hanging. THERMATRU left us hanging. SHELLY'S left us hanging. These builders, suppliers, and their counterparts are all money hungry and have zero integrity.
