"They advertise their specialty is in small business, so as a new business owner I was roped in. I stayed with them for years while I did most of the work, and they provided the bare minimum service, nothing more than an H&R Block, yet charged over $600 a filing. Only upon leaving did I realize how overpriced they were for their incredible lack of effort. My new accountant is more affordable and is incredibly more supportive, insightful and interested in helping my business succeed than Stortz ever was."

"We were lied to in regards to being charged for a meeting. After weeks of trying to get the issue resolved (the accountant said she would inform their billing department), it is still not resolved. Poor communication throughout their team. Very frustrating. We are just going to pay the bill and never go back. They lie straight to your face, how can you trust them for business and tax advice? Wish I had read the other google reviews before going here in the first place."
