However, post their death, there was little to no communication. Three emails were never responded to over the course of a month while I sought clarification of documentation needed to complete my parents' taxes. The only way that contact was made was through my phone at which time I clarified when I needed a list of items still needed. In addition to a followup being sent a week after my request, the list provided indicated that the two accountants working on the taxes had not talked with one another.
