As a professional contractor it's vital to have suppliers who are intelligent and fully versed in various Building supplies and methods. These folks definitely know their stuff and to top it off their pricing is very competitive. My only wish is that they had more stores closer to my home base. But their delivery service is top-notch also so it's usually not an issue."
"I stopped by today to pick up a piece of tongue & groove sample so that I can test stain colors for a project. They told me there were no samples and that I would need to purchase a board. It was a whopping $4.77. It's not the price that's the issue, it's the fact that for this project approx $9,000 worth of materials were already sourced through this location and they couldn't even give one sample board away. I purchased the single board and walked out. Definitely won't buy the stain there and after this project is over, will never spend money there again. Terrible way to do business...you would expect more from a store like this. I will shop elsewhere. I'll provide a genius idea... No charge... Take a 6ft $4.77 board and cut it into 12 pieces.... Boom... now you have samples to give to an existing customer, instead of losing all future patronage. A costly mistake for a small business."
