"I bought carpet and had it installed for a new construction home. After one month the carpet looked like it had been there for years! Did not wear well. I tried for 5 months to have someone come and look at the carpet. Finally the owner sent an installer to take photos. He agreed there was a problem with the carpet. Never heard back from anyone. So I called the manufacturer who had me contact the distributor. All lead back to wise buys needing to file a claim. Still no resolution. (After 7 months of calls) I usually will not put things online but this deserves to be known."
