"Stepping into the restaurant, we were immediately greeted by William, whose presence was as welcoming as the warm ambiance of the place itself. As a host, William was the epitome of professionalism blended with genuine friendliness. He swiftly guided us to our table, ensuring we were comfortably seated and acquainted with the menu's offerings. Throughout the evening, William was the perfect host—attentive without being intrusive, quick to fulfill our requests, and always on hand to offer recommendations that suited our tastes perfectly. His knowledge of the menu and his passion for the culinary arts were evident, adding a personal touch to our dining experience that was as delightful as the food. Under William's watchful eye, the service was impeccable. He orchestrated the flow of the dining room with a maestro's touch, making sure that every guest felt like the guest of honor. It's rare to find someone who not only loves what they do but also excels at it, making a meal more than just a routine experience but a memorable event. We left the restaurant not only satisfied with the sumptuous cuisine but also charmed by William's gracious hospitality. He is truly a great host, turning a simple dinner out into a special occasion. "Everything about this restaurant is remarkable! Marcus and Jaime know what a great meal entails! The porterhouse was amazing and you can tell Marcus cares about where all his food is sourced. The seasoning on that steak was out of this world! The smoked wings and fig bacon pizza were probably the best I have ever had in either food group. Thank you again for a great meal and great selection of spirits/wines!"

"William was our server today. I spoke with him yesterday to make my reservations and mentioned I was driving hour south to get the Lobster & Corn Risotto. Much to my surprise and great pleasure he made sure there was a portion saved for me. ♥️ As we were deciding on an appetizer, we accidentally knocked over a drink that had just been served. William was right there to clean up and a new drink appeared before he was finished. He didn’t bat an eye when we asked for small plates to share. William was wonderful in helping me decide on a non alcoholic drink, lemonade with rosemary, and the desert, Maine Blueberry Crisp Al a Mode(with a non dairy gelato. It was a great experience, with food that was fabulous and fresh. If I had to change anything, it would be lighting inside or I’d dine outside in the sun. The atmosphere was perfect otherwise. William made our experience so much better, by knowing when and how often to check on us. 5+ Stars for William!"
