"Pretty much everything they did or their sub contractors did was unsatisfactory. They did do a fantastic job on our pantry and bathroom vanity.The person that did the tile in the bathroom was wonderful. We gave them pictures of what we were looking at, my husband gave them dimensions of the room sizes and closets did not follow it, they put up walls for bathroom but didn’t put in a drain for shower had to rectify that, and the bathroom window is almost in the shower. Used cement blocks that were wrong size so windows are almost sitting on the ground and inside outlets in bedroom are in the middle of the walls. Dryer vent is behind the air conditioner unit outside so hot air and some lint goes onto the air conditioner unit. We paid so much money for this addition to have it done right and got nothing but disappointment!"
"multiple mistakes ordering my windows than 2 years later would not return emails, text or phone to warrantee windows had contact manufacturer directly. As a women when try talk to them gus just said "why telling me this " they will not listen to a women. Gus than ordered it wrong again. Cody owners son was call me back never did. Service is really bad."
"Called to get pricing, man on other end of phone was extremely rude! To the point, I will never spend a dime of my money with this establishment, even if they had the best pricing.. which they do not!"
