"I’ve been a customer for this place for a couple of years, but today they lost me a customer. I scheduled an appointment with Angelo, but when I got there they told me that this guy James was gonna start to take my information. I said that I had an appointment with Angelo but this lady insisted that the other guy was just going to start collecting my information and then Angelo was going to take over, but at the end this other guy ended up filing my Taxes. So later I found out this guy added only two of my three dependents and I was clear to him that I was going to report three dependents and he even gave me a total refund amount for the three dependents. So after that they told me that they were going to file for an amended which it takes more time to receive the refund plus now with this Im getting a lower amount than what I was supposed to get in the beginning. I filed this in January and until this day my refund still under review. So today I went to pick up the paper work and I explain my situation to the assistant so she can addressed to her boss, but instead of that she was kinda rude, like they don’t care about their customers."

"I will start by saying Angelo is professional and a pleasure. I went to him last year for taxes and this year and next year I will be back. I would give this establishment 5 stars if it wasn't for the rudest receptionist I ever met. Her name is "Lowe" I saw her be rude face to face with a man who was only asking simple questions, looking for simple answers. I then witness her be rude over the phone to a customer and after the phone conversation she said rude remarks to a coworker about the woman she was speaking to on the phone. That is seriously unprofessional. Then she tried her rudeness with me. I was completely offended by her tone and body language. I told the woman she could exuse her self out the room because she was so unpleasant and making me uncomfortable. She has no business in customer service and she can learn from her boss and co workers who were very polite and friendly. They are the only reason I will come back next year. But warning to new clients don't get in that receptionist's (Lowe) path."

I am lucky TaxPro is in my town, Dunellen. However, I wouldn't mind having to go out of my way to get such a good service."
