"The worst! I spent $101 here on October 12th. I got tips with a UV gel overlay. Then some halloween nail art. Today, 3 tips have fallen off. I went in to have them removed. They took them off and then at my request put some clear nail polish on. So, basically I spend over $100 on clear nail polish. AVOID and save your money!"

"Before the inside of the building was even finished, Andy saw me and asked me to come to this location after leaving the previous location. This was now his. Since then, I’ve been coming to this location. Andy has moved on and it’s now run by different people. Everything changed and not for the good. Pedicure products and procedures changed. People changed. Prices changed. But I thought let me check it out. Pedicure was horrible, don’t like the new products. You pay so much money and they don’t do half of what they use to. And it was rushed. That was a month ago. Two supposedly “gel” refills appointments later and it’s just not what it use to be. Today I got a gel refill. Asked for airbrush. And it just doesn’t look the way should. They don’t even use gel to go on top anymore. He explained it was the same thing. It definitely was not. I get up to the counter to pay and find out that the price went up. You would think that they would had said something before I got my nails done! To me, that’s being dishonest! $47 for a gel refill now that’s not even gel!! I have no idea what they’re using to put on top. Thank God for a five dollar coupon! Change is good, but not when it’s this drastic!! What a shame. And funny thing is prices went up right before Andy left and it hasn’t even been but what, 2 to 3 months!! And the price went up again and they’re not even using the same products!! They cut out product and charge you more!! Disappointed and frustrated."

"I came in to get a refill and pedicure everything was rushed they cared more about people coming in than they care about the actual customers that they have in their seats. My nails look like my three-year-old was painting them they didn't do a good job with my pedicure it was Rush I got a gel paint on my nails regular paint on my toes and they charged me $72 and when I pay for it and spoke to the manager showing them what a poor job was in my nails he never gave me a discount horrible management will never go back again."
