"Miriam was phenomenal. She explained everything to me as she went along and explained my refund. She also pointed out my employer is not taking out city taxes and I should talk to them about fixing that error. My only problem was that my appt. was with a different employee and she never showed up so I was seen 30 minutes after my scheduled time. I feel the value is horrible as you want to charge me to remove the charge from my refund and charge me more for audit insurance. After paying $250 for the service when I can go online and do it for free?"
