"I've used Liberty over the last 15 years but this year was the end for me. The guy at the location is very nice but does not know what he is doing. From my understanding he entered some information incorrectly so they flagged the account and was not able to process my taxes so I went to another location on Chew ave but still could not get my taxes processed since the Ogontz location had my account frozen. He did not know what he was doing and now I have been waiting over two weeks with no answers and no responses from corporate, except that I have to wait because their "regional manager" covers multiple locations. I'm picking up my paperwork and going to another tax service...NEVER AGAIN!!!"
