"Doctors are great but MOST of the administrative staff at the Hamilton office is rude, unprepared, no customer service skills at all. I used them for over 7 years and NO complaints about the Doctors, if you want to go through all the nonsense with the office staff every single time then is worth it. They really could use some training at this location. They need to learn the principles of patient-centered care, develop effective communication skills to interact with patients and families, definitely learn how to manage different situations and resolve conflicts in a constructive manner, (I witnessed some unnecessary drama at the office), they have to improve their active listening skills and if they don't want to lose customers, implement techniques for improving patient satisfaction and retention. Also and it never hurts to adhere to ethical and professional standards in all interactions."

"I had so many questions and concerns with insurance information and general questions about how switching from one office to another outside office works, KATHY was so incredibly helpful and went above and beyond to assist me. She gave me every bit of information I could need and then some. She truly did all she could do to inform me and make me more comfortable with the process. She even gave me a motherly pep talk to motivate me to get back on track with my daughter’s vaccination schedule, which she didn’t know I really needed at the time. I’m not one to leave reviews but she deserves her flowers. My daughter and I thank you Kathy. I hope this review reaches someone who is like me and had little to no knowledge so they can feel as comfortable as I did, and also her higher ups so they know they are lucky to have her."

"I really like ivy pediatrics I’ve never had any issues. Easy to get an appointment. Staff is kind and they listen to concerns. Their Communication is great. Ivy discovered my child was a type 1 diabetic and also followed up to check on us after referring us to the hospital immediately."

"The nurse gave a false reading from the thermometer about my 6 week old baby's temperature. She said 94.1, she didn't even know how to use the thermometer and just lied. He had a fever or 102.something and the doctor ordered us to take him to the emergency room immediately. Apart from that all that, all the staff from start to finish was not welcoming at all, to put it nicely. We have a follow up visit I hope it goes better and I can change this review, or time to look for a new doctor!"

"We have been going to Ivy pediatrics for 4 years now and have had great experiences in the Manalapan and Hamilton offices! Dr. Kleiman and Dr. Malaty are both amazing physicians and always take the time to listen and care for our little ones, not to mention our 3 little ones love them! The front desk staff and medical assistants have all been wonderful in these locations. Each time we need an appointment or have a question about our children the call center is receptive and gets the messages to the providers who return our calls in a timely manner. I can’t recommend them enough!"
