"Trying to schedule an appointment is frustrating and time consuming. It took hours and multiple phone calls to schedule a sick appointment for my 3 yr okd. The Dr that saw him was not thorough and rushed us through the appointment in under 7 minutes. In addition to this poor service, I called to have an order for Motrin to be emailed to the daycare. I called at 8am. Daycare called at 12 and said the still did not receive the order. I called St. Luke's and was told that the dr didn't sign it yet. My 3 yr old had hand, foot and mouth and needed some pain relief. This is inhumane. I will never go here again."

"A week a ago I called to set an psychical app for my daughter which would only take about 5-10 minutes instead waited on hold for 25 minutes only for the lady to tell me their not setting appointments for for the date I needed to get it done that I needed to called back Monday (WHICH WAS ONLY ONE BUSINESS DAY LATER) lmao I told her I'm not calling back to be on hold for that long again ! She told me she was going to call me...... I'm still waiting!!! This time when I called I was on hold for almost 40 minutes!!!!! Seriously? This is ridiculous"
