"I arrived yesterday at the coffee shop at 0713 and the posted sign said they should open at 0700. There was no one behind the counter and all the refrigerator items were still locked up. It was obvious they had not opened yet. It appears to me that they should change their hours to accurately reflect when an employee is going to show up, or hire someone that can be there on time as advertised. I am disappointed that the NEX hasn’t taken corrective action because it looks like this is a recurring trend based on previous reviews."
