"I have been going to H&R Block for a bout (3) years and have dealt with Russel. I just want to say he is the very best and I appreciate him very much. However, I also have let him prepare some taxes and stimulus help for a few of my friends which went over well but just recently a receptionist/manager had explained I wasn't allowed to go there to help with anyone else's stimulus checks even though I have a POA (power of attorney) for them. I am very upset and I just feel she doesn't like me so I have mixed feelings about this office. I'm sorry but I think I have to give this place a very low score."
