"My kids were extremely thirsty and their water refill station was empty. I asked them if they could give me a glass and they said I would have to wait till they’ve caught up to all their orders. Makes sense, but after 5 mins, they just keep receiving mobile orders and it was an endless wait time. The barista working did not end up giving us water."

"Enjoyed a mother daughter coffee while dress shopping. Perfectly convenient outside of Lacoste and Kate Spade. I ordered a double espresso and my daughter ordered a seasonal latte. Service was a little slow, but I think there was training going on. Cheers!"
