"Very disappointed with my experience. During my 2nd trimester, and second week of December, requested to be tested early for iron deficiency because I realized I was starting to experience the symptoms. I called to schedule my appointment and was told I could either come in tomorrow or January 10th. I chose the 10th. 2 days before my appointment I called to reschedule because I was sick. Rescheduled for the 29th. I live in the city and was delayed by traffic caused by the underground fires that took place. I called 10min before my appointment time to say I would be 15min late based on the gps eta & was told that because I’m a new patient I need to reschedule. I was understanding and willing to do so. Upon trying to reschedule on the same day, I was told that due to my 2 cancellations I couldn’t reschedule again without coming in with an $80 deposit. Just to hold my appointment. I am a hairstylist so I do understand everything that is taking place from a business mindset. But as a patient and expecting mother it really sucks that I’ve been needing an iron infusion for more than 8weeks and due to circumstance this office has proven to be very inflexible. When I cancelled the first appointment I wish I was told about the potential fee. It also would’ve been a kind mention this morning as well. As a low income individual I truly wish my doctor would’ve just written me a prescription rather than referring me to this office where my 6% iron saturation wasn’t considered upon scheduling."

"I don't even know where to start , Dr Auerbach did not care properly for my sister . He did nothing right he has no bedside manner I believe 100% he diagnosed her with the wrong form of cancer but told her that she had the most curable cancer and that she would not die from this..Sadly he was completely wrong in fact did not even know that my sister had passed away and she was under his care .This man guy should be banned from practicing medicine he didnt care about my loved one, i surely do not think he will care about yours.So make sure you get more than one opinion and I sure wouldn't let one of them be his. I can only hope That in his final years of his life that he suffers as much as he made my sister suffer. Thank you Dr. Auerbach For putting one of the kindest people in the world through this anguish and pain.Please do not let your family member loved one become one of these statistics. I removed my mother from seeing this man as well. Please read this and take it very serious it is not a joke."

"Absolutely worst Dr ever. Extremely unprofessional and arrogant.He called a colleague of his a “schmuck” and questioned why we would choose him. Gave us incorrect results from a scan. Gave very harsh chemo meds because we didn’t want to go home with a chemo pump. Billing was incorrectly charging us way after statute of limitations. Extremely rude staff. Any Other Dr would be better."

"This office does not adhere to hippa regulations at all. I was in the back with my grandmother and Dr. Auerbach made a call to the front desk on speaker phone. Not only did my mom who was in the waiting area hear the hippa information disclosed (Mrs. so and so is about to get her shot now), but so did the entire waiting room. The front desk is no different, they repeated the hippa information aloud from the appointment calls they were taking. If you are interested in having your personal supposedly protected health information being announced throughout the office this is the place for you. I will be contacting CMS, and the ombudsman office for this district."

"I have had this dr as well as a lot of friends. I myself had a different kind of cancer, and I’m still here I was only 28. I’m 61 now. My friend had breast cancer and other cancers wen her youngest son was 2, she live d till he was 20. Another friend had stage 4 colon cancer and lived 10 years. He is the most dedicated dr I have ever had. Say as you want, he is the best dr out their."
