"This Starbucks is 50/50. 50 percent of the time, your order is correct, and 50 percent of the time, it's wrong. Stopped going to it cause we would get constant inaccurate orders. Sometimes, without any espresso shots at all (in drinks that consist of at least 2 shots). It's better to go to the one further south, at the end of Waldorf (next to chick fil a & Crumble Cookie). REPLY: I DID ADDRESS MY CONCERNS TO EMPLOYEES MULTIPLE TIMES & DID GET IT REMADE (SOMETIMES, THEY REPEATEDLY MADE IT WRONG). I DON'T STAY QUIET ABOUT ISSUES WITH MY ORDERS. HOWEVER, REMAKING MY DRINK IS NOT ALWAYS THE SOLUTION WHEN I HAVE OTHER THINGS TO DO. I'M NOT INTERESTED IN ANYTHING FREE, I JUST RATHER NOT HAVE MY TIME WASTED. WHICH IS WHY I STOPPED GOING TO THIS STARBUCKS. NO APOLOGY IS NEEDED EITHER. FEEDBACK SHOULD JUST BE TAKEN & NOT REPLIED WITH EXCUSES FOR ASSUMED SITUATIONS."
