"cons - they left the valve stem caps off all four new tires. had to drive back and ask for them and put them on myself. the psi was different on all four tires and I had to fix it. so an hour of my time wasted fixing the little things. there is no signage on where to park or how to check in, which was annoying. pros - easy to order tires and they called to schedule promptly when the tires arrived and the staff was friendly. the price was decent and tires have a warranty. took about 1.5 hrs."

"Very disappointed by the quality of workmanship completed by the tire shop. Ordered the tires online and promptly had them in-stock; however, after getting the work completed my tire pressure sensors registered an issue. After checking the tire pressure, I discovered that 2 tires were over inflated by 10 PSI (36 expected, but inflated to nearly 47 PSI). Additionally, 2 tires were under inflated at only 31 PSI. The under inflation is acceptable, maybe the cold temps just required additional air to be used after a day, but the over inflation is significant. Per the documentation provided after installs, the techs stated that all 4 tires were validated at 36 PSI. The fact that this is inaccurate draws into question the entire install. Called and spoke with a manager who told me it was probably an honest mistake because they were rushing to get to the next car. I don't want to have my work completed by folks who are in-accurate and rushing to get to the next car and cutting corners as a result. I won't be taking my business back to this shop. The manager didn't offer any other recourse besides, bring it back and we will try to put in the right pressure the next time."

"I've been a long time fan of getting my tires changed at Sam's club. In fact, I'm not sure I've ever gotten them done elsewhere over a 20 year span and I've always recommended them to friends and family. Today was the worst experience I've had with them. They broke one of my tire sensors and insisted it was already broken. The sensor light on the dash was not on prior to taking it to them and now it's on. I was very disappointed with how I was treated by the tire manager, Abagail. She wasn't very professional and she lied to me in regards to the light being on prior to them starting work (which I know it wasn't and asked the technician before and his response was they don't check all the lights on the dash). She wasn't interested in what I had to say, she already made up her mind. I understand it can be common when mounting tires, just own up to it when you do something wrong and remedy the issue. Terrible customer service. I expect better from Sam's Club. Maybe just a fluke/ dishonest manager. Last time I'll be using Severn's tire service. Now I have to spend $450 out of pocket to get this resolved."

"I’m very satisfied with my new tires and service received. I recently had a blowout on the highway and needed all new tires. I called them the next morning and they fit me in for the day as long as I was able to drop off my car. I did so, and they were able to complete the work before closing. I was also pleasantly surprised by the price I got. The customer service I received from the man at the front desk (forgot his name - started with a “D”) was awesome. He was friendly and found the right tires I needed."
