"I needed an edible arrangement delivered the same day. I went in the Hamilton location as they opened at 9am. Sandy went above and beyond to accommodate me! My delivery needed to done by 1pm, it even was delivered before hand at 12:30pm!! Friendly and very considerate service!!"

Priced well and looked delicious- chocolate dipped strawberries were perfect. They were ready on time, manager was super helpful and I was very pleased with the experience. ."

"After placing an online order on Valentine’s Day, which I would assume is their busiest day, I received a call from the store informing me they cannot complete my order because they are closed. This was at 5:45pm, while the website states they are open until 7pm. Meanwhile the website gave me the option to select a 6:30 pickup. Terrible business practices, especially on a high volume holiday for their products."

"Received a birthday basket November 7, 2017 and very disappointed with the quality of the contents of the basket. The presentation was nice, but we threw out all the melon and strawberries as they were unripe, hard and tasteless. The grapes were edible. We saved the chocolate covered pieces to nibble off the chocolate and tossed the fruit. This is a shame as the sender spent quite a bit of money on this product when 80% of it was disposed of. You might want to second guessing Edible Arrangements."
