"I just want to say that every time I come here, there's a person who goes by the name Adony. He always smells like marijuana, and I've seen him numerous times hitting a vape inside the store. It's sad that this type of behavior is allowed at AutoZone. Someone should hold him accountable or fire him. I've been a manager at retail stores, and this type of behavior would cost you your job. AutoZone, do better."

"Watch out for overcharging. I just bought a wiper blade, and it rang up $3 higher than the price shown on the shelf. Afterward I double-checked the shelf price and then told the cashier. He offered to refund the first transaction and then ring it up again at the shelf price. So far, fine. But I had used $5 in reward points from previous purchases, and he said I would lose those if the first transaction were refunded, meaning I would actually be $2 worse off. I took the lesser of two evils, the first transaction. Probably if I had asked for a manager, I could have gotten it fixed, but theres' only so much hassle I'm willing to undertake for three bucks. More importantly, though, many customers might never have noticed the overcharge. Probably accidental, but not a good look."

"Call store to see if they had parts in stock for my truck. When I asked about brakes, the gentleman on the phone quoted me a price. When I ask I'd that was a full set he said, "left and right" when I asked if that was for the front or back. He hung the phone up on me. When I called back he said he didn't have time... and hung up again. so for the owner of this store, all my calls are recorded so if you really want to keep a long standing customer of autozone feel free to reach out so you can listen to the call and retrain the individual for a role of customer service, since he it would seem he has either forgotten or was not properly trained. Thank you."

"After calling around all my local auto parts stores, AutoZone had the best price on my 1985 Toyota Supra plug wires at $21.99 and they had them on time the next day. I came in to pick them up and I met some very friendly employees. Thank you AutoZone on route 50, Arlington boulevard Falls Church Virginia"

"Very convenient location on Route 50 in Falls Church. Quick shopping trip for Arlington, Merrifield and Falls Church customers. Very helpful and friendly staff. This trip they didn’t have what I needed, headlight cleaner, but they pointed me to the closest location that did. Easy parking and space to do some work in your car if necessary."
