Starbucks

"I’ve been going to this Starbucks for over a year and I’m known to be a regular at the drive threw. But the past month or two they have consistently been getting my order wrong, all I get is oatmeal and coffee. I don’t know what the issue is. I used to tip but I have stopped because they keep getting my order wrong and give me water oatmeal or sometimes they don’t even make the oatmeal and just give me dry oats. I work down the street so I go here every morning before work."

"They have order management issues. Expect a wait even when not busy. Better off at Harbor Center up the road."

"I do love making my coffee fresh ground at home but I’ve also been coming here forever for treats for myself and for my kids. Everybody is always cheerful, Happy to help you and in a positive mood which is a really great way to start the day. I bring my daughters for dates and we have enjoyed having this place in our community. Today I tried something new - apple crisp oat milk macchiato - upside down. ❤️ it’s my new LOVE! My son and I also enjoy the impossible breakfast sandwiches here! Cheers."

"I've lived in the area for around 2 years and consistently this Starbucks has gotten drinks wrong. Most of the time the drinks we get are very simple so I don't know how they mess them up and when we get pastries it is often overcooked and is hard like a rock. I honestly would advise going to the store in the Harbor Center because while they also have an issue with making drinks correctly, they are at least more consistent with making good drinks."

"I've been going to this location now as my morning commute has changed. I've never had any issues. I order ahead and my order has always been ready when I walk in, and they are friendly as well!"
