"Not at all satisfied with this location asked for a toasted bagel was given an untoasted bagel. Still cold with cream cheese on it I took it back gave me another bagel the same way my coffee I asked for hazelnut cream they tell me they don’t have hazelnut cream there they tell me this after I’ve already paid for my coffee and they handed me a black coffee. I don’t drink black coffee. I go to Dunkin’ Donuts all the time and I get hazelnut with splendor but this location is the worst. I will not return to this location 5648 Southwestern Blvd 21227"

"I’ve had enough of this location today!! The guy who works the window who wears a backwards baseball cap is awful! If he isn’t rushing you on the order speaker, he’s basically throwing your food and coffee out the window at you. Last week, he gave me the wrong donuts. I noticed before I drove off, he gave me the correct ones but let me keep the wrong one. He tried to hand me an iced coffee when I ordered hot coffee and a bagel. Today, he mumbled and rushed me at the speaker that I had no idea what he said or if he heard me. I just went to the window and said I don’t even know if you heard me. He said what did you want. I said medium hot coffee and a bagel with cream cheese on the side. He gives that to me and I get home and it has the cream cheese on it. So freaking annoying! I’m not ordering multiple things that are confusing! And I’m not even going at peak time for that area! I’m usually there between 8:30 and 9am. The staff has never been the best, but he is the one who broke me today. Wilkens ave here I come!"

"Terrible Experience! Just look at the pictures! I ordered a Boston Creme donut. They use a paper towel instead of wax paper. It tasted about as gross as it looks."
