"Went in to grab my husband and I some coffee this morning. The manager was in there on the phone arguing with what seemed like an employee because she was stating how “screwed” and short staffed she is and told this person to “just bring your kids in with you” which is completely inappropriate, especially since one of the girls behind the counter was playing on her phone the whole time. I then saw the manager take a piece of cheese off of a customers breakfast sandwich and EAT IT before wrapping it up to send off. She kept messing with her air pods in her ears while making sandwiches as well which is extremely gross and unsanitary. The employee who took my order must have not been paying much attention due to the fact she tried to give me a medium coffee instead of a large, and once I got to the car I realized there was no cream and sugar in it like I had ordered. Overall horrible experience and I hope this location gets a new manager soon because this current one has no business managing anyone and she should not be handling people’s food."
"I visited this Dunkin Donuts location two times during my stay at the Courtyard Marriott last week, and everything went flawless. It's a very serviceable Dunkin Donuts location. The customer service was adequate. I only got Donuts, so I can't speak on the drinks or other food items, but with that said, the Donuts were fresh and very tasty. I'm just happy this Dunkin was conveniently located next to my hotel. It all worked out."

"I’ve visited this location multiple times and each time I’ve had a wait of 45 + minutes. Even when they aren’t busy you somehow still have a wait of at least 20 mins. Certain staff members can be very rude and will ignore you if you have a question or trying to explain something is missing in your order. The last time I ate here I ordered a bagel with cream cheese through doordash and they basically gave me a plain bagel with nothing on it. There is another Dunkin location just 5 minutes from this one which is wayyy better!"
