"The food is fine but service is horrible and it's not like service is expected at a dunkin. Employees were extremely rude during the addition of the self serve. No one in the store but I was given attitude because there was no sign saying we NEEDED to use the self serve. I decided to try again, and the reason this post is here is because I had to wait almost 30 minutes during a slow time just to get two easy items. If possible please go support a location that actually wants you to come back"
"They don’t know how to make coffee properly. I won’t be coming to this location again, they didn’t know how to make a large ice coffee, ask to remake it they did and only added some sugar, didn’t remake it. Horrible experience and won’t recommend this place to anyone."
"This dunkin used to be really good,their service is ok, but they changed to paper cups and it is not the same as it used to be, they are trying to save money, but we are paying the same price for coffee,that no longer tastes the same. The cups are a different size,the ice to coffee ratio is different, and the coffee tastes different. I will take my business elsewhere, where I can get the coffee I pay for."
"Not only have they succumbed to using the horrible paper straws, they've now also changed their cups to paper. Impossible to drink an entire iced coffee on the way to work before the straw is no longer usable. The old eco-friendly straws were much better."
