"I asked for Dirty Brown Sugar Latte and the female cashier was busy doing her make up not even said hi hello or any greetings. I always come here, other cashiers are nice and friendly. But this one with make up lady had me my latte just leave on the counter without calling my order number. And after only three sips my latte is over lol!! Then I noticed the latte is with full of ice. This was my favorite Gong Cha location but no anymore."

"I asked if there was regular earl gray milk tea, so the staff told me there was and I ordered it. But they just made it with black tea and creamer powder. Don't fool your customers. I know the difference between black tea and earl gray tea."
