"It's one of our favorite places. They make the perfect white chocolate mocha. We always use mobile orders, and they never fail. Keep up the great work."
"I placed mobile order for my drinks and sandwich and pick up at drive thru. They didn’t knew they had my sandwich in stock so it tooks extra time to make when they gave my iced pumpkin spice latte. They gave my sandwich after it is ready but they didn’t realize that they didn’t made my other drink so I have to wait at least 15 mins in drive thru. Tbey are doing worstest of service from all Starbucks that I went. They are unprofessional and not prepare to do work right. Drive thru is longer than other Starbuck’s drive thru."
"They recently changed location and staff, the experience has also changed and for the worst. Paid for pastry one morning and after I paid I was told they were out. I was in a rush and couldn’t wait for a refund. I was told that the next time I was there I could get the pastry I paid for. However, when I went back a few days later I was treated with suspicion and insult by the cashier. The manger/Owner was called to and he was socking. I lost $4.00, but they lost $7.00 everyday indefinitely. Good thing is Starbucks are a dime a dozen. I’ll spend my money elsewhere."
"Employees didn't know how to transfer the balance from a cash voucher to gift card. There were four/ five of them and just acting dumb. Just trying to impose the face mask requirement. Experience for no reason. One of the worst star bucks."
