Starbucks

"Staff is always friendly whenever I’ve gone. And although the orders typically take a little longer, as there’s often only one barista on duty, they’re always delicious. They don’t skimp on the additions or fill 90% of the cup with ice like other Starbucks in the area."

"I’ve been patient with this store inside safeway since they don’t usually have everything a stand alone Starbucks has. I’ve been patient with them not getting my drink right or telling me they’re out of something or someone didn’t stock during their shift. But today, I come close to the counter say hi to the girl and she immediately puts her hand up as she’s eating and tells me “I’m on break!” I said no worries thanks and left. If she’s on break why is she behind the counter? If she’s on break why isn’t the sign put up that they’ll be back or are closed for 30 mins or whatever. She didn’t even bother to say give me a min or even apologize."

"A couple days ago i went to starbucks. I got the worst customer service I have ever experienced. I read her name tag and I believe her name was Nicole. She kept rolling her eyes and she did not even ask me what i wanted, she said “what you want” in such a disrespectful tone.. i dont know if sis was not having it that day but i dont know how people like that get employed. i have a fast food job and sometimes i have a bad day but i will never go out and disrespect the customers the way that, the young woman did .. such a shame that starbucks hasnt correct her .. hopefully you guys do! God bless her and to whoever she has disrespected ."

"Update: I'll give the customer service props. Will try again. Update: 1Star. $6 on 1 coffee. Got the wrong order and it tastes rancid. Unless that can be fixed, I can't justify $12 for a single cup of coffee... Employees are nice .Employees cashier for Safeway also, so during peak hours there is no one around, no signs outside of 'open'. Please put a closed sign up :) or Starbucks, staff during peak hours per Google"

"This Starbucks is in the Safeway in my neighborhood and is very convenient. Most of the staff are very courteous except for one older lady who has been there for a while and barely bothers to say hello. I pretty consistently have my drink made incorrectly and when I bring it to their attention, there are more excuses and no attempt to fix it. Sadly the convenience keeps bringing me back. Maybe there are different standards for Starbucks inside of stores vs free standing ones. Oh yeah and the place to sit is very dirty. And worn down."
