"Stood at the counter for 5 mins and looked at by every employee behind the counter and the employee mopping the floor never once attempted to take my order because of the self server kiosk the employee are that lazy they want you to use the kiosk so they don't have to work don't waste your time coming here if you plan on going inside"
"I’m writing this review while I’m sitting in the store. We ordered 8 donuts and drinks . The lady(Kate) at the counter put all 8 donuts in a single small pack . And I asked kindly to put in a box or separate bag but she said I’ve to pay for box. I said since when ? then the manager (Pana) jumped to solve the problems To your surprise, 1 donuts was missing. I went and talk to the manager that 1 donuts is missing but the cashier said that I paid only for 7 then I showed to the manager the receipt that I paid for 8. For the manager I gave 5 star The cashier shouldn’t be at front to give service and needs more training otherwise she’s working against the company policy"
"I went to the drive-through the service was very poor the lady at the drive-through was rude. She treats me as if I was begging. I'm a paying customer. customers are the reason why you guys are open. My food was cold she and the colleague were rude"
"I recently visited a Dunkin' location, and I must admit I was disappointed by the cleanliness. The dining area and restroom were not as well-maintained as I would have hoped. It seemed like they could use more attention from the cleaning staff. However, the coffee and donuts were still up to Dunkin's usual tasty standards. It's a shame that the cleanliness didn't match the quality of the food and drinks."
