"I gave this location a one because no manager tell customers they only have five minutes in a store that is made for a customer to enjoy their drink and meal or snacks. The manager or worker or what ever she is was wrong. It was pouring raining yesterday. You do not own this business. It is a location to enjoy the moment. This place just opened and you all are getting bad reviews already. Will not be back here anymore. We as the customer make your pay checks not the job. With out the customer there is no pay"
"It doesn't matter when you come to this Starbucks, they will always NOT HAVE something. Whether is Vanilla for the drinks, coconut milk etc... that tells me whoever is responsible for ordering is obviously not well trained in properly ordering and it's at the detriment to the customers AND the staff. The staff isn't responsible for the lack of manager competency. This was my last time trying. Happens EVERY time I come to this store. I see why you don't have many stars"
"This is the worst Starbucks I have been too. I come to this Giant to go grocery shopping at least once a week. I'd like to get a cold brew or chai while I shop but they literally never have it? It's crazy. Every single time I come they are out of multiple things. I worked in a standalone Starbucks for many years. I'd love to know why this location is always out of regular product. Also the customer service is awful. Just go somewhere else."
"Sigh. I love Starbucks. I really do. But this one located inside the Giant Food Store was not good. Customer service was lacking. The gentleman who made my coffee today was not friendly or approachable. He seems as if he didn’t want to work there. What really made this a bad review is that my Grande Toasted White Chocolate Mocha was not filled to the top. (See picture) & the taste was also very burnt. I know that the Toasted White Chocolate Mocha is supposed to have a “toasted” taste, but not a burnt taste. I also bought a Grande Hot Chocolate, lol, I should have gotten my own Swiss Miss and made it at home cause that would have been 10 times better. I won’t be back to this location."
