"I've only ordered from here once but was happy with my drink. Boba was soft and chewy and consistent with other gong cha locations I've tried. Only downside was that they don't offer the sweetener levels in percentages like other locations do. Otherwise I was satisfied with my experience."
"Tried this Gongcha about a handful of times. Disappointed each time. The boba pearls themselves are hard and seem smaller than regular pearls at other Gongchas. And how come they don’t have diff sugar levels here? It’s either sugar or no sugar but most places let you choose 25%, 50%, 75% or 100% sweet… Also the boba does not taste like flavored with brown sugar or honey or anything… Tasteless little hard balls lol"
"My sister posted a review of this location right after this long strand of hair was discovered in my dads bubble tea last night. Just now I have tried to call said location 7 times to notify them of what had happened and no response. I did write an inquiry to their US headquarters and hopefully will hear back from them soon. Would not recommend this location."
"I love bubble tea and decided to grab some before a movie with my family. After drinking almost ALL of his drink, my dad calls our attention and shows us THIS. The hair has been cooked INTO the bubbles. Very disgusting, would not recommend at this location ever again."
