"After a very good dinner across the street, we decided to go over and get some gelato. What a terrible experience. After waiting almost 20 minutes just to pay because the credit card machine wasn’t working I offered cash. To which the manager responded rudely we don’t take cash. Apparently after you wait 10 more minutes they will take the cash and won’t even think about giving you change. Horrible customer service and flavorless gelato. I do not recommend."

"Had a craving for something sweet so headed over here because they have vegan options. They did not disappoint. The staff were super nice and chill with offering us samples. They greeted us with smiling faces and warm vibes. Located right on the corner of Fairmont and Norfolk Ave Pitango is a place you don want to miss. Their Black tea gelato was super amazing! I couldn't believe the rich taste and how great it tasted as gelato. The inside tables were very welcoming and cute to sit at. However the couch was something out of a college dorm. It was pretty messed up and not inviting to sit on. Besides that we will most definitely be back for more. Oh and the dark chocolate was so very very rich. That could be a good thing or a bad thing depending on what you like. Great place for a quick cup of gelato and chat with friends."

"No complaints. This gelato spot is simple and cute. Like other gelato spots, you can also order espresso/coffee beverages. I was thrilled about the vegan options, of course. I got Cantaloupe and Mojito (sans alcohol), and they were very tasty. The mojito had bits of mint, which was alright, but I wasn't expecting to chew anything. I also tried the dark chocolate vegan flavor, and it was extremely dark, way too bitter for me, but my friend enjoyed it. I thought the prices were kind of high, 7.50 for a small up to 2 flavors, but with the way things are going, it's expected. I would visit again to see if they have rotating flavors."

"Happened on this little gem with great atmosphere and excellent lattes plus a handful of pastries. I was looking for a place to work for an hour or so, and the floor-to-ceiling windows, sparse crowd, and coffee were perfect. I’ll be back. Kinda wish they had lunch food, but it also meant I didn’t feel bad just getting a latte and almond tart. Reminds me of La Gelatteria but without the hot food."

"This is a great little shop, with a wonderful local feel. The staff is upbeat and outgoing. The music playlists always are quality. Of course we can't forget the delicious selection of pastry, gelato and sorbet. My favorite is the dark chocolate sorbet! all the flavors are worth trying if you are feeling adventurous. Lastly the tea and coffee are full flavor and compliments the desserts perfectly. I'm a big fan of the dirty chai latte. It's worth making the visit. It's clean with Indoor and outdoor seating."
