"0630 this morning and the place is not only crawling with homeless (this is every morning), but the lady who works here is AWOL and a homeless man had to tell me “she’s in the bathroom.” There is a sign saying CLOSED up at the counter…but this is during open hours…She comes out and looks as though she’s been crying in the bathroom and says it will be a few more minutes—she still has to turn the lights on etc. Her hands are all wet touching the tops of our coffee cups as well. I feel very uncomfortable getting coffee here. Starbucks upper level management needs to straighten up the act."
"Bad product. Coldbrew is incredibly watered down, staff does not put in very much sweet cream. I've been a regular there and its never been a good or consistent experience in terms of what I purchase. Someone needs to better manage this shop."
"Normally I wouldn’t be reviewing a Starbucks because, it’s a Starbucks. However, this particular store really surprised me on how bad the service really was. Almost every single time I go there, the staff is on a break. One time I even saw the staff sitting in a table next to the Starbucks, on her phone not doing her job while there were many customers waiting. The last straw for me, was when none of the Starbucks workers were there, so a worker from Harris Teeter was there. The poor guy didn’t even know how to make any drinks except coffee. Please do NOT go to this Starbucks at all costs. I strongly encourage going to the Starbucks on Norfolk avenue that is 5 minutes away from this one because it has much better service."
"Today you lost a sale and a customer, because the big black lady on the afternoon shift around 5 pm, refused to sell me veranda roast/light roast coffee, even she had on display. No apologies and no reasoning. Even her “ meet and greet” was not right."
"I trully dislike to give bad reviews but: this particular Starbucks employee tends to be rude every single time I go there. I work dealing with people every day so I understand why occasionally one just doesn't feel like smiling, but just a bit of politeness doesn't hurt."
