"I usually don’t write reviews but today I went with my family and honestly the worst experience ever. I have never felt so unwelcomed especially from a Dunkin. Two girl employees looked at me up and down and whispered to each other. They didn’t take their eyes off me and my family like they were looking down on us condescendingly. A few times I’ve gone through the drive thru and there’s these same girls that are so rude and condescending that hurry customers with their orders constantly getting annoyed quickly and asking “anything else” repeatedly annoyed and rudely. Honestly, these girls need to learn to have social skills and how to treat customers because it’s like they look down on customers. Sometimes it feels personal but I don’t know these girls personally at all so I’m confused as to why they behave like that. They make you feel uncomfortable and unwelcomed. Everytime I’ve gone in there I feel like a burden to them. Awful feeling to feel but it’s the type of environment they’ve created. The customer service is awful and hostile from what I can tell. It’s a shame because that’s how they drive customers away"
"I would have rated it a one star but when they fixed my order they gave me 2 things of bacon lol. The guy taking my order didn't seem too people friendly which doesn't really bother me, but when I got my order, they gave me half of the items I ordered, put no cream and sugar at all in my iced latte (but made sure the entire cup was filled with ice tho) and they tried giving me 3 little pieces of bacon that they charge about $4 for. I never do these things but this time made me mad enough to actually do it. Better luck to the rest of you that come here"
"Used to come here every morning because it was convenient. Had to stop because service was always subpar and the coffee and food was never great. Went back for the first time in months today and got a latte that was literally milk in a cup of ice. Renovations are nice. But the service and food still don’t live up to its new looks."
"Now they don‘t fill the drinks they ordered with a quantity. I ordered small and medium, but the drink came out with a lot of space, and I poured the coffee from medium into the small cup, and now they both have two small sizes."
"Xavier provided outstanding customer service today. Bathroom was semi-clean and the drinks and food were made fresh. Can't ask for more! Tried the bacon, avocado tomato sandwich. Very good."
