"The morning staff is just bad today. I am a regular. Staff like Sasha is wonderful. But this new staff needs to not be lazy. I have held back from commenting, hoping they would improve but that hasn’t happened. I regularly order 3 drinks. Put it in a tray. There was 5 staffs with 2 working and others just socializing. Wouldn’t it be nice to walk in to a staff that says good morning or welcome like the other veteran staff. No customer service focus by this new staff. Manager needs to train them better."
