"My experience ordering with this store was wonderful and fulfilling! I waited until last minute to place a delivery order for my friends birthday and they were so considerate and helpful. They were so knowledgeable about their plentiful arrangements and helped me choose the perfect one for my dear friend! They were able to get it to her that very day and she told me she was so happy to receive it and that the fruit was fresh and delicious!! Will 100% be ordering from here again and will be recommending it to family and friends!"

"My fiancé ordered 3 dozen strawberries, balloons, flowers and a teddy bear from this location and this was by far the WORST purchase ever. For one the order wasn’t delivered on the promised delivery date, only half the order was delivered when I called to verify where the rest of the order was no answer and I was redirected to their corporate office. I spoke with someone there and they stated they would open a claim for r me. The next day the “missing” items were delivered, upon delivery I open the flowers and they literally looked like they were squashed and had MOLD growing on them. I immediately contacted customer service again, to no surprise no answer from the store yet again. I called their corporate office and had to provide pictures for proof and the customer rep was going to reach out to the store and I should receive a follow up the next day and a credit if $70 due to the delayed items and the quality of the flowers. This was on Feb 16th, almost 3 weeks later and I’ve had to call customer service 3x to follow up. I was promised a call yesterday on 3/7 and have not heard back. I called again today 3/8 and continue to get the run around now they are stating they don’t know who promised the $70 refund. I asked if they record their calls they stated yes they do, so I told them to go back and listen to it. I provided the date and time for there convenience. At this point they might as well offer me a job for the amount of time I’ve had to spend on getting a resolution. The flowers and bear alone totaled to almost $140, tell me do the flowers in that picture look worthy of $140??? I think not! Do NOT order from this business, they do not care about their customers or the quality of what they sell. Their are way better florist that take pride in what they sell. NOT edible arrangements. Update: my fiancé spent $277, and they have the audacity to say there is nothing they can do."

"Two recent 5 star experiences: the first, I received a dozen delicious chocolate dipped strawberries, delivered all the way from Middletown to Milford PA by a charming, smiling young lady. Second, I ordered a bereavement bouquet and fruit for a dear friend. I picked it up this time, and was greeted by another friendly, charming young lady. The bouquet was beautiful and the dipped fruit as well. Our friend was so happy to get it. Thank you for the great service and product."
