"I asked for a venti a large and charged me for a grande I wanted extra whip and extra caramel also extra ice ! The taste was horrible there was no caramel drizzle at all and looked super plan the customer ordered the same thing but got all the correct stuff but me how that happen by the same girl idk why ppl have to do things like this the other Spanish lady with glasses was rushing and make the drinks awful"
"I really love Starbucks, not the prices. The employees are always very friendly and accommodating for those of us who are not as familiar with ordering the different type of coffees. I loved my Vanilla Bean Frap with 2 shot!"
"The drinks are great WHEN they make it right. Sometimes it’s worth the gamble, sometimes it’s not. And they are CONSISTENTLY out of breakfast items and sandwiches. They also have low inventory regarding mugs, cups, etc compared to all other Starbucks. And I mean super low and old merchandise. Customer service is great tho."
