"Would've given it 4 stars, but they didn't heat up any of the food and croissants. Food tasted good but the service wasn't stellar. They need to check on the light in the restaurant because they had so many burnt out light bulbs to where it was dark."

"The employees here are very unpleasant and have very bad attitudes. In addition to their bad customer service, they are unhygienic. I was standing in line when I noticed a gnat crawling into a pastry, I made one of the staff members aware so they would not serve it to customers. The staff member lied and said the pastries out on the shelf were for display, but I have been to this location many times, so I knew this was a lie. Other staff members were informed but they all seemed to not care and left the unclean pastry on the shelf for customers to buy and consume. I found this very odd and displeasing because they were informed that a bug had crawled into the pastry, it's not like they were unaware, so I do not understand why they decided to leave that pastry out there for sale. This location needs to work on its customer service skills and hygiene."

"Oh my where do I start?! My mom and I were in Virginia visiting family and they recommended this bakery too us. Lucky for us it was on our way back home to New York. Since we were in a rush we just took everything to go. Let me say we went during a busy hour but the service was impeccable!! The place looked clean and the displays were beautiful and everything looked delicious I almost took one of everything to try. My mom ordered the salad and she loved it!! What was really delicious was their iced peach tea!! Let me tell you….. STARBUCKS COULD NEVER!! It was delicious I still drool thinking about that iced tea. As for the pastries they were absolutely delicious!! I took a bite and every bite was a piece of heaven. The Almond croissant I had saved it to bring it to work but 2 days had pass until I remembered about the croissant and I was so surprised at how fresh it still was. I think it’s safe to say my mom and especially me loved it!! We definitely will be making an effort to go back when we visit our family!!"

"This bakery is outstanding situated/ located inside the Galleria Mall. Lowest level ample parking is available and they have a washroom as well. The pastries, eclairs, pies, sandwiches, soups area must try. Staff is helpful even though they have a lot of foot traffic."

"A nice place in Tyson's Galleria to have a breakfast, brunch, or a light meal such as a salad or a sandwich. There are some seats inside and also some chairs and small tables outside. We had a Cheese Danish Croissant; delicious, and an Almond Croissant; I've never had a croissant this delicious, it was phenomenal! We also ordered a large Cappuccino and a large Cafe Latte. Both of them could be better! I'll go there again? Sure but I'll try their other coffee drinks."
