"Bought several appliances from this business. The refrigerator freezer freezes inside the door. Spoke to the manager Alan over a week ago. and he said someone would come to check it out. No one came. Now it seems like I'm getting the run around. Poor customer service won't deal with them again"

"I was a little nervous to use this company after reading reviews. When I went to the location i saw they actually have really nice appliances. The gentleman that helped me was really nice and helpful. We scheduled delivery for noon 2 days after my purchase. I called them the day of delivery because it was past noon. It took a few hours for them to arrive but they did arrive that same day. This didn’t really bother me because I know things happen and schedules change. I had taken the day off so if they came that day I wasn’t really worried about the time. There were a few hiccups during the delivery process but nothing major. There were 4 men that came for the install. They removed my old washer and dryer and installed the new ones. It’s been over a week and I’ve had zero issues with the washer or the dryer. They’re actually really nice and I love them! I would 100% use this company again. Their prices are very reasonable and they try their best to make you happy."

"UPDATE #2 (April 2022): After A&C was contacted by the DC Attorney General's Office, a manager (Ginna) called me and refunded me the same day. UPDATE (Oct 2021): After posting this review, the owner finally responded and promise restitution, but he then ghosted and never sent the refund. I will steer clear away from this company in the future. ORIGINAL POST: A&C sold me a broken washer and dryer in October 2021 and did not respond to multiple written requests for a refund. The unit leaked the first time it ran. When I had a repairman come out, he opened the unit up and showed me how it had a broken transmission line, a cracked tub, and was entirely rusted out. I would not recommend buying from this company."

"I bought a lot of appliances from here. All I wanna say is don’t. First off I bought a dryer and washer set and it stopped working after a few days. They kept sending people over and over again instead of replacing it with something that actually works It used to work for a little bit and then not work again. It become a routine. And now that the “warranty” time for them to get fixed for free is over we are stuck with a washer and dryer that never worked from the beginning. Secondly, I also bought a stove from here and they never took my old stove back like they’re supposed to. The delivery guys said they will come back to pick it up but never did. It been months. Still on the way? The stove that was fitted here by them is also not fixed properly. The customer service here is horrible. The appliances are not good for long term. Don’t waste your time and money."
