"My order has been wrong for the last two times. I wonder how long have latte and mocha been the same? I order a Latte but I get a Mocha and it claims to be the same thing. It was truly a great experience. This was my last time here. Thanks!"
"My drink wasn’t properly made. My cup was meant to be lined with caramel and it was drizzled on top of my frappe and I was supposed to get extra crunch topping but barely got any. They only called out my first drink even though my second drink came out at a different time than the first. The last time I went here, my espresso tasted bitter and burnt like the shot pulled too long or the machine needed to be cleaned. She remade my drink and it tasted the same but I had no time to get it fixed again so I left. I’m disappointed. I used to love coming here."
"Took 23 minutes to get a drink. 23 minutes. I can order a dinner in a restaurant and get served a hot fresh meal. The body language of the workers and the manager represent what's wrong with workers today. They ask if you want to tip and you get worse service than ever. Even when finishing drinks they just call a name once and add that drink into a pile of drinks waiting for customers. Why? Because they make little effort in getting the drink to the right people. It's pathetic."
